• Robust Concepts for describing polarization phenomena, This is a seminar celebrating the work by Prof. Ron Johnson, of the University of Surrey, which is related to the collisions of polarized nuclei. It was given at a workshop in the university of surrey on January 2003 robust.ps

• Continuum discretization by the THO method. This is a seminar dicussing a method to discretize the continuum. This is important to describe the collisions of weakly bound nuclei, because the channels in which the nucleus breaks up is important to describe the collision. This seminar was given in Rila, Bulgaria, on July 2002. continuum.ps

• Exploring the dipole polarizability of 11Li at REX-ISOLDE, This is the presentation of an experimental proposal to measure the dipole polarizability of 11Li by means of a scattering experiment on a heavy target (208Pb) at energies below the barrier. It was presented to the PAC of ISOLDE in 2001. The experiment is approved, and we are waiting for REX-Isolde to provide the expected 11Li intensity. isolde.pdf

• EXPLORING THE DYNAMICS OF LOW ENERGY 6He ELASTIC SCATTERING ON HEAVY TARGETS This is the presentation of an experimental proposal to measure the elastic scattering and break-up of 6He on a heavy target (208Pb) at energies below the barrier. It was presented to the PAC of Louvain la Neuve in January 2002. The experiment was performed in November 2002. We are presently analyzing the data. louvain.pdf
